Who we are

What we collect

Order data: name, optional company name, e-mail address, country, order details and amount.
Technical data: IP address and basic visit statistics, used for security and fraud prevention.
Payment data: card payments are processed by iyzico. We receive only the payment status and a reference number, never your card number.

Why we use it

to deliver your file, license it to your name and send you the download link (performance of the contract);
to keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation);
to answer your support requests and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing e-mails unless you ask for them.

Who receives it

Our payment provider (iyzico), our e-mail and hosting providers, and authorities where the law requires it. Your data is stored on servers in Türkiye.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for the period required by Turkish tax law (up to 10 years). Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for a copy. Write to us at the address above. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
