We sell downloadable spreadsheet templates (Microsoft Excel .xlsx files). No physical item is shipped. Each product page describes what the file contains and the software it works with. Screenshots show sample data; your results depend on the data you enter.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any taxes we are required to charge. Payment is taken by card through our payment provider iyzico; we never see or store your card details. If a price is charged in Turkish lira, the lira amount is shown before you pay and your bank converts it to your currency. Your bank may add its own foreign transaction fee.

4. Delivery

Delivery is immediate: after a successful payment the download link is shown on screen and sent to the e-mail address you entered. The link can be used several times for a limited number of downloads.

5. License

• Each file is licensed to the person or company named in the order and carries that name and the order number.
• You may use the file in your own household or business, on your own devices, for as long as you like.
• You may not resell, share, publish or give away the file or modified copies of it.

6. Right of withdrawal

Because these are digital files delivered immediately, by placing an order you ask us to start delivery straight away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory right of withdrawal once the download is made available. This does not affect your rights if a file is faulty; see our Delivery & Refund Policy.

7. Liability

Templates are tools to help you organise information; they are not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Please check important figures before relying on them. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
