Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery

Your file is delivered instantly after payment: the download button appears on the confirmation page and the same link is e-mailed to you. If you do not see the e-mail within a few minutes, check your spam folder or reply to us with your order number.

Compatibility

Templates work in Microsoft Excel 2010 or later (Windows and Mac) and in LibreOffice Calc. Google Sheets can open them, but sheet protection and some charts may look different. The files contain no macros.

Refunds

Because the files can be downloaded and kept immediately, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. We will gladly give you a full refund if:

the file is faulty or will not open in a supported program and we cannot fix it within 7 days, or
you were charged twice for the same order by mistake.

Write to us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. Refunds are sent back to the card used for payment; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Support
